What’s the minimum number of students needed for a retention study?

For complete Retention modeling output to be produced, there should be at least 200 students with the retention outcome, SAT scores, and all relevant predictor variables available, including a minimum of 15 students who did not return. For subgroup analyses, at least one subgroup category must have 100 or more students.
